Hello
Looking for a receiver for my RTiA5.....
Are the DTR50.4 and Marantz 5011 "in the same league"? Are they comparable? If yes, one would be better than the other one, or not?

I have never had an onkyo or integra (same company like Toyota and Lexus) but opinions are very mixed on the forum.
I currently own the marantz sr5007, my second marantz. Great sound quality, good room correction, and seem to be reliably built, so that gets my vote...Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es
Game Room 5.1.4: Denon AVR-X4200w; Sony UBP-x700; Definitive Technology Power Monitor 900 mains, CLR-3000 center, StudioMonitor 350 surrounds, ProMonitor 800 atmos x4; Sub - Monoprice Monolith 15in THX Ultra
Bedroom 2.1 Harmon Kardon HK3490; Bluesounds Node N130; Polk RT25i; ACI Titan Subwoofer -
Integras are known to have hdmi board failures that may or may not be fixed if the unit is still under warranty (or not).

I had an Integra as the second owner, the board failed and Integra repaired it outside of the warranty.
Meanwhile, I bought a Marantz AV7702mkll, sold the Integra, and have not looked back. -
OK....so for approximately the same price, which one would be better for RTiA5:
Yamaha RX-A2020 ($499 at A4L)
Marantz SR5011 ($550 at A4L)RTiA5 + CSiA4 + Jamo SW410E

Oooh that's a tough one. The yammie gives u a few more bells and whistles, including 9.2. If u aren't going to ever go 9.2 then I would take the marantz as it will tame the highs on the RTis a bit. But really I can't go wrong with either!Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es
