Lost Wireless Connection to Surroundbar One-Step Subwoofer

The subwoofer has stopped working with the wireless connection. Sound bar goes from solid green to blinking orange LED, but the subwoofer LED is solid orange. No sound from the subwoofer at all. Channel ID is properly set on both sound bar and subwoofer. Tried using all four channels with both units set to the same channel. Cannot reestablish connection to the subwoofer although sound bar has sound from both channels.

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum, sorry there's a sub related problem. What you've described can be caused by interference from a nearby network router. If there is a router in the same general area, as a test, try turning it off and see what happens.
