    In Arizona we have a "Stupid Motorist Law" (that's really its name) if you drive into deep water and get stuck, YOU pay for your rescue, on top of being ticketed. Many people don't know this, but flash flooding cause more deaths that Hurricanes and tornados combined.

    Get that generator gased up, and freeze some gallon jugs of water.

    I always thought people who caused major accidents and are clearly at fault should be liable for the cleanup costs and damage to public property....but that's just me.
