f/x Wireless speaker not connecting

I was having popping and dropout issues so Polk sent me a new transmitter which solved the issue for a few days but now I have lost connectivity again. I think it's the receiver in the speaker. A call to polk CS got me an unhelpful guy who basically blew me off, So,

1. Can I get a receiver replacement anywhere?

2. Is it fairly easy to install?

Sorry that our team was not helpful. Please send me a private message with your name and I can get the amplifier of the F/X wireless to you. That is something you can replace yourself. There is no soldering and no cutting.
