I won't drone on about these, see the many dozens of professional reviews. New Retail on these is $3700/pr, and as you're aware, they never go on sale.

This pair is PERFECTION. No flaws. Even the bottoms are perfect. If you are OCD, these speakers were made for you.

I got an excellent deal on them, and I'll give you the same excellent deal:

$2400/pr (You pay shipping)

Conditions: I will accept personal checks ONLY from people I trust/know well. Otherwise a money order will work. CONUS only.

They're spendy, but better treble/midrange you will not find. My price is more than 30% off retail.

I'd really love to see a fellow Polkie get these speakers. I can work payments with trusted members. These need to stay in the family.

I have had some questions/offers involving the stands. I don't have the original boxes for the Skylans, as the boxes got rain soaked when I lost my shop roof a few years ago. The Harbeth boxes did NOT get wet. I could possibly work them into a deal, but I would need your patience on finding proper boxes, etc. These stands were $569 new, and they are in perfect condition, and have not had any "fill" put in them. These are made specifically for the 7ES-3 and come with spikes and soft feet.

Having said that, the stands won't be included for "free" sorry, but I will make you a very good deal on them if you buy the whole setup.

Thought I'd never see you sell them Steve. It broke my heart to let mine go, but when I turned the spare BR into my 9x12 cave, the Compact 7's needed more space to be at their best.

Trust me everyone, they are the most natural, even sounding speakers you'll hear under $5k. Plus you get the depth of sound that usually takes $10K to get.

Obviously an end game speaker. Would be fun to tweak with various components, cables, etc.
