HOS is busy these days

Just an observation.. we sure are making use of the HOS alot these days.. what gives?

A few people are pissing others off on here now. we were doing so well.. we actually went several months without any new HOS additions.

It must be the nice warm weather after that long hard winter.

    I think that the forum as a whole had better watch out, or we may have to find ourselves another forum. Polk Audio is a company, and as a company, they can't have people stumbling into this kind of crap when they're looking for help. It looks very bad for the company. If they decide that it's becoming too much work to keep this place clean.... then I have a feeling that ClubPolk will be no more.

    Good point about Polk not wanting this junk on their site, think I mentioned that before...

    However, if they were really adverse to the idea, I don't think they'd keep things publick out on the HOS forums...I'd think they would just delete it...

    I think they have an understanding that a certain level of this stuff is going to happen with an online forum, but feel the benefits of the forum overall outweigh issues like this...

    It it were me, I'd consider taking it off the site altogether, not just moving to a HOS forum...

    And another observation...comments like "And just provide the links to the **** sites, not the actual pictures. Please.) " in the Forum rules don't really suggest a very strict environment if you catch my drift...

    I guess.... Maybe I'm just trying to be "adulty" because I just turned 18 yesterday :p

    Still... I think there are good people on this forum who have a lot of knowledge about audio that could benefit other people, we just need to all get along. At this point it's seeming pretty futile. It amazes me that a bunch of guys (face it... it's 99% guys, I'm not trying to alienate the ladies or anything...) with a common interest can bicker so much.

    Ah, I better shut up before I start the next one. It's kinda bad to have to worry about speaking your mind, lest you get torn up and spit out for what you say...
