These are black ash finish, and absolutely mint. Bought 'em open box at CC in January. User manual, warranty card and original sales receipt are included. Don't have the original boxes, but they will be well packed. Packaged weight is app. 30 lbs. $150 plus UPS shipping and insurance from Zip 77450.
