    Maybe this is too simplistic but..... 2 ch. Systems are designed to reproduce a live proformance (to me anyway) in all the concerts I've been to never were any band members on the ceiling or behind me, next to me or below me but rather in front a little to the left and right of me....say 2 speakers in front, left and right novel idea!
