Need help on local sale of a pair of SDA-1C

Guy about 50 miles from me haves a pair of Polk SDA-1C for sale.He says all drivers are in good shape. He said the Poly switch needs to be replaced on one.I am new to these models but have been on the forum long enough to know the great reviews. I think I could get these for $250 for the pair. He haves the original interconnect cable. Please give me your opinions would these be worth the trip? What should I lo0ok for? Can I get the polyswitch and is it easy to change? What do these go for used? I always thought to be a SDA owner at some point down the road. Need help. Thanks, Dave

No grills early blade/ blade Indiana? Right?. Bet you could get them cheaper from him than 250. I would replace both poly's with a .50 or 1/2 ohm 10-12 watt resistor. They looked kinda rough in the photos i saw but worth 200$ in my view. I personally would of wanted at least the grill frames to recover. Not having any and looking a little rode hard in the pictures and a long road trip and possible other problems killed it for me. He stated for me to make him an offer but i never replied after he confirmed the drivers are actually sda1c
