VAC PA100/100 with phi front end upgrade! This amp is in excellent operating and physical condition. I have rated it an 8/10 only due to age. 5 years ago I sent this amp to VAC in Sarasota for service and had the front end upgraded from its original Williamson topology to the phi topology that was currently being used in the newer phi200 amps. This upgrade made an excellent improvement in the overall sound and I have enjoyed it daily since its return. I have purchased an amp many times the asking price of this musical instrument to better my experience with the VAC. I have the original factory box and packing. Second quad of KT88 tubes and two extra quads of 12au7 driver tubes included on this forum.

    'Your VAC Amplifier can use 2 different output tube types: the KT88 Beam Power Kinkless Tetrode and the 6550A Beam Power Tetrode. We consider the sound of a good KT88 to be superior.
