Magnify Soundbar - subwoofer

I have discovered that when there is a power outage and power is restored the sound comes on at maximum capacity. I discovered this after being out of state and apartment complex had power outage due to storms. Manager called and said neighbors were complaining. I am sure they were! This occurs no matter the component it's broadcasting -- TV, Bluetooth, stereo. As a result of the first occurrence, the blast of sound blew out my subwoofer.

Obviously this is a design flaw. I would like for Customer Service to contact me so we can discuss.
