OK, this time it really is for sale. Purchased new at the end of August 2016 from Audio Thesis. Comes with original double box packaging, power cord, remote and manual.
Flawless as far as I can see and has excellent SQ. Has bass management and DAC with USB connection as well as digital RCA and toslink. Multiple rave reviews available both here and elsewhere on the internet. Pictures are stock photos from Parasound. Price is $700 buyer pays PP fees if not gifted plus actual shipping.

Well, there was a couple of questions so I thought I would just put it put there.

Did I mention this still has 4 and a half years of warranty? Flawless. Also, will not get any lower than it's currently priced.

My honest opinion of the P5 is it has very, very good sound quality and has bass management, which I THOUGHT I needed. The DAC is decent, but, not up to the Marantz SA-14S1, though if you weren't currently using a DAC it would be an improvement. I've decided to eliminate a bunch of stuff that isn't going to make my main system. This is one of them. The Marsh, Aleph and AE by Cary will also probably be up soon as well.
-
Speaks volumes to your main system when those pieces can't find a place in it.
The P5 is a great piece. The main selling point for me was the HT bypass. The only reason I don't still have mine is because I downgraded my HT in order to upgrade my two-channel.
Someone needs to grab this. I can't imagine finding one this new and well taken care of for the price.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden -
Deal pending, just a matter of the attorneys ironing out the details, but this P5 should be in a new uniform before the next game.

It wasn't so smooth on my end...I had a brain cramp and forgot to pack the remote when I mailed it. DUH!
