What thickness Armacell for SDA cups, drivers?

I used some 3/16" weather stripping on all my 5jr's but have had to re-torque some and wasnt sure if Armacell needs re-torquing after a while?
Don't take experimental gene therapies from known eugenicists.

    Thanks, thought I saw that posted somewhere.
    I'll just have to cut a couple hole-notches from some 7/16 wide I have on hand....
