in Subwoofer Hookup & Bass Management
I have a PSW125 subwoofer that is making a lot of noise whenever it is powered up. Even with no cable connected to it. It is set up as option 1 to a Yamaha RX-V373 unit. Never had a problem before

    Welcome to Polk's forum. In all likelihood the problem is with the sub's bass amplifier. Send an email to: Gil.Palmer@soundunited.com and describe the problem. He's the head of Polk's service department and will give you the options available.
