    Thanks Voltz... my table is what I call an heirloom piece, kind of like my amps. The hope is they will be passed along to my son. As far as sound goes, if ever you find your way to SoCal, you are welcome to drop by and take her for a spin.

    I have the PLX1000 and absolutely love it! It does/have all the features of the Technics 1200. I went with the PLX because I was able to find a new one with a sure cartridge for a good price!
