I have a pair of black Altec 511B cast aluminum horns that are surplus to me and being offered for sale.
Asking price is $80.
These are fully functional (not much to go wrong with them!). One is in very good original condition. The other one has been repainted and, more to the point, has had two of its mounting "ears" broken off. This has no effect on the horn's performance, but would make building your own DIY Barcelona enclosure for it a little tricky
See photos; one original Altec box included.
Here's the nicer one (the dust in the photo is an optional accessory ):

Local pickup is extremely preferable. I am located in northern New Hampshire in the Connecticut River "Upper Valley" region (near Hanover, NH). These could be shipped, but it would be expensive. They're quite large, they weigh about 18 lbs each, and two boxes would be required to ship them. Contact me if you're really interested in shipping, please.
Note: compression drivers are required for best results but are not included; any "one inch" driver capable of being mounted via the classic "Altec" two-bolt configuration will fit them.
Here are some modern options, strictly as an example:
(there are also, of course, numerous vintage options -- some of them quite good)

Thanks for your attention; let me know if you have any questions.

The 511B is a larger relative of the more common 811B. The 511B has a lower cutoff (nominally 500 Hz) compared to the 811B.
Here's some info from a vintage Altec catalog (image source: www.lansingheritage.org)
The aforementioned Altec Barcelona of the '60s and early '70s used a 511B. They 511B is also the most likely the HF horn one will find atop an "A7-500" Altec Voice of the Theatre.
An Altec 802D makes a nice driver for the 511B
