I only 'discovered' his music a few years back and really enjoy it.

First heard him in the early seventies,, a cut called Beyond these Chilling Winds,,,from the LP Live at the Village Gate,, later saw him at the Twelfth Gate in Atlanta,,hell,of a guitarist,, had a kick a$$ bass player too!JC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)

This is the first I've heard, I also saw him a couple times back in the early to mid-70's. Very enjoyable. Still have a few of his albums, will have to pull them out. I know I have one with Alphonse Mouzon, and I know I still have The Lion and The Ram. A real artist.
