REF 50 RCA jack repair

I finally had some time to tear into this REF50 to find the source of the buzzing which took two of my RDO-198's last year. The line out to the front mains has the RCA grounding tab, from what I can see, broken off just above the board. I can wiggle the ground and see it move but the solder joint looks good.
Perhaps I could try to re-solder, or even try to bridge the gap above the joint, but my gut says to just replace the assembly with a high quality piece.
The RCA jacks are siamesed together so there are six total. There are two screw holes in the rear of the chassis to secure the jacks so maybe I can fabricate a mount to hold the six jacks and get something sturdy in there.
What would you suggest to use when close proximity to neighboring jacks is an issue?
The opening is roughly 42x31 MM, center to center pin dimensions left to right are 15MM, and vertically approx 14.5 MM.
