Yea I know it's a long shot, but wha the hell. Perhaps somebody got them and never installed. These would be going in a nice pair of updated Monitor 7Bs with peerless with stripped tweet screws

You can use Hurricane nuts. In fact, the brackets will not fit Peerless tweeters, so you have to remove the threaded inserts using the break away feature Larry incorporated and install each individually.Political Correctness'.........defined

Hurricane's will be the best bet. You would be turning the brackets into Hurricane like anyway as F1 stated

Send me your addy, I will ship you a set, and as Stated above just snap them off, as a matter of fact I will just do it, and send them to you that way..

Good man, Larry. Pull yourself a twenty out of the cash drawer when you clock out.

Good man indeed. Thank you Larry. PM sent. I appreciate the hurricane nut suggestion as well. I'll keep it in mind. Thanks guys

These will be installed along with a set of Larry's rings I've had laying around for too long. These 7s are definately gonna be TIGHT. I'm really looking forward to it.
I will have to deal with the mortite I wish hadn't put in when the crossovers and binding posts done a few yrs back. -
Should have listened to Uncle F1.Political Correctness'.........defined

You can pull the mortite off, and use gasket material, I did that on my 1.2's, be glad you only have the 7's to do..

I finally got the rings and brackets installed and they're just outanding. Easy job with a clear payoff. No more concerns with stripped screws and no more air whistling out of the tweeter when I press the PR.
The mortite of as relatively easy to remove except around the tweeter baffle where it wanted to pull away at the mdf a bit. Probably put too much on trying to get the tweets to seal.Should have listened to Uncle F1.
The Marantz gear in the rack shows l do try to listen to Uncle F1 -
