Does Onkyo TX-NR656 have pre-outs

I am a bit confused. I see that the Onkyo TX-NR656 has preouts on the back but it says subwoofer on both jacks Also, it is a black jack.

These are not the pre-outs you're looking for.

Technically, they are pre-outs, but just for subs.
