Center channel comparison?

I currently have the cs10. I found a used cs400 locally. Is it going to be a noticeable difference? I'm using the monitor 60's as my fronts. Is it going to sound weird if the center speakers are bigger than the fronts?

400 is a better center IMO but size isn't the issue. Google timbre matching.

Try it if its not too costly. Center channel is the most important imo.

It won't be a perfect sonic match, but it will be far superior to what you have. I have had both matched and mismatched center channels, and if it's primarily for HT I would prefer to have a slightly mismatched, yet superior center channel. If you listen to lots of high-quality multi-channel music then it might bother you more. IHMO...

I missed out on the cs400. Any other suggestions to work with the monitor 60's? Would it be stupid to maybe use 2 monitor 40's as my center? My receiver is good down to 2 ohms.
