Thank you JL Audio
Have to send out a thank you to JL Audio, and add them to the very small list of great customer service.
As some may know my E110 developed an issue with the volume control that eventually caused the amp to fail. A call over to JL in Florida left a bad taste in my mouth, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude.
Long story short I was re-directed to gem-sen Canada, the Canadian distributor for JL, and a warranty claim was quickly processed. The thing was I bought this sub used, the original owner claimed it was new, and warranty is not transferable, not to mention it had just passed its 2 year warranty. BUMMER! A week later I get a call from JL, "we are going to be replacing your amp, and subwoofer driver under warranty". I only had to pay 38 dollars to ship my defective parts to JL, then they shipped me replacement parts no charge.
Today my parts showed up, brand new amp, and brand new W7 woofer. Compete with all new bolts, blue loctite and full color, very detailed instructions. Not to mention 2 more years of warranty.

Subs back in the system tonight, boy did I miss it. This thing is fantastic, and gorgeous.
