For Sale or Trade: Custom PC

I am looking at selling my older custom built computer. The parts aren't the "newest, latest greatest" but I've not been able to justify just throwing it away either because it just runs perfect with no problems and works great for 99.9% of things.
As it stands it will do 1080p over HDMI along with DTS-MA or TRUEHD and the case has room for 8+ 3.5” Hard drives. I don’t play computer games, but I’d hazard a guess it would need at least a GPU upgrade to handle the newer games with decent framerates.
The case looks awesome and would work great for anyone looking for a HTPC to add to their rack.
I’ve mainly been using it for storage of my pictures/documents and run Squeezebox server for me, and at times some basic word processing and internet usage.
This computer is using all Noctua 120mm fans, and a passive graphics card. Overall its hard to hear this from anything like a normal listening position, as the fans are tuned to run around 900 RPM IIRC, and even the aftermarket CPU fan doesnt get too noisy during normal tasks. If you keep this in a open rack (like I did) you will likely not hear anything besides a slight whisper if that when its running. You will want to clean the filters for the fans out every now and again, but I just did that so your good for a few months.
**Please Note** I plan to basically wipe this machine back to JUST the OS (Windows 10) and Microsoft Office (I think its either running 2010 or 2013, but I forget which). The OS is loaded on the solid state drive, making the other drives purely storage.
Payment
I've got no real idea on how to price this so I'm just gonna throw out a number, 350$, but openly admit I am willing to hear offers via PM.
Because I do NOT want to deal with shipping a totally build computer, thats not an option. I also dont want to sell individual parts on the build either, so its an all or nothing deal.
Willing to drive a bit if your local(ish) (Chicago, Ft. Wayne, Louisville, Bloomington-Normal IL, etc). Prefer a sale in the Indianapolis area if possible to save drive time as well as allow for a in home check of functionality.
Due to the fact I need to wipe documents and programs off this machine, I'd like to request a partial or full payment before we meet up so I know I'm not doing all this for nothing. If I cant get a decent price on this I will likely just keep it as a backup system, or to convert into another dedicated storage system for PLEX.
I'm open to trades for audio gear, not sure what I'm really looking for but let me know what you've got and maybe we can work out something.
Support: As this is a Custom built PC once its in your hands its yours. I certify that it is currently working, and would prefer to be able to show that its working to the buyer. Once we part ways, I will try to help best I can should there be issues, but I dont plan on troubleshooting installing new programs, updating Office, etc. I'm not trying to be a dick, but I also dont want to be responsible for keeping it running for you either should you install something wrong, try to switch out parts, etc. Refunds will not be forthcoming, so please ask ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS you may have.
As I stated this machine has been running for me like a champ for a VERY long time, and should continue to do so baring it being dropped, new hardware/software installed wrong, etc.
Here are the main spec's on the build.

Pictures are below. **Please Note** The logitech adapters and dongles in the pictures are NOT included, I was just too lazy to pull them off when taking pictures. They are shown on the pictures of the front of the unit, as well as the rear picture showing the motherboard connectors.
Front from the side:
There are a few "very small hard to notice" nicks of which pictures are below. I bet 1.00 if I took a sharpie to them they wouldn't show up, but I'm honest so here they are
Sides:
PSU side
Other side:
Rear panel showing Motherboard and add on connections:
Multiple USB 2.0 connectors as well as Coaxial and Optical. The optical port as far as I remember DOES NOT WORK. I have been using coaxial for quite some time and that DOES WORK. Firewire and PS2 connections as well as the daughter audio board.
2 USB 3.0 connectors via the add on card, as well as the dual band wireless n network card, and the passive gigabyte graphics card.

Would this make for a good Plex server?

Would this make for a good Plex server?
I think it could but will defer to @ZLTFUL on that one as he has more familiarity with all the ins and outs of PLEX than I do"....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." It would make for a very solid Plex server, especially with the ability to add more internal storage as your library grows.
Depending on how many target devices you are streaming to, the 8GB of RAM should be plenty and the 4core CPU should be plenty for any encoding/decoding that has to take place server side."Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."

I should mention that this is still available as well"....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963)

Are you going to/have you built a VR ready rig yet? That's my next build, but I'm going to try and drag my HTPC out another year or so before I take the plunge. GLWTS!2007 Club Polk Football Pool Champ

@Ricardo
Sorry I couldn't chat longer, but was nice to meet you. I hope you get years of enjoyment out of the computer.
I'm sure its got enough space for most of your music for at least a bit."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -
Thanks Dan. Actually....It was a good thing you didn't have more time, or you might have backed out of this awesome deal
It was nice meeting you too. My music? I will first spend some time browsing those 16,000 songs you left there....
