Feeler: Custom PC

I'm "debating" selling my older custom built computer. The parts aren't the "newest, latest greatest" but I've not been able to justify just throwing it away either because it just runs perfect with no problems and works great for 99.9% of things.
As it stands it will do 1080p over HDMI along with DTS-MA or TRUEHD and the case has room for 8+ 3.5” Hard drives. I don’t play computer games, but I’d hazard a guess it would need at least a GPU upgrade to handle the newer games with decent framerates.
The case looks awesome and would work great for anyone looking for a HTPC to add to their rack.
I’ve mainly been using it for storage of my pictures/documents and run Squeezebox server for me, and at times some basic word processing and internet usage.
I *think* this computer is using all Noctua 120mm fans, but I totally forget, I've had WAYY to many computer fans in and out of my systems over the years. If its NOT using the Noctua fans, its using the stock 120mm Silverstone fans. Eitherway they are darn near silent from more than 3 feet away. The pictures I post later will verify which fans I’m using.
**Please Note** I plan to basically wipe this machine back to JUST the OS (Windows 10) and Microsoft Office (I think its either running 2010 or 2013, but I forget which). The OS is loaded on the solid state drive, making the other drives purely storage.
I've got no real idea on how to price this so I'm just gonna throw out a number, 350$, but openly admit I am willing to hear offers via PM.
Because I do NOT want to deal with shipping a totally build computer, thats not an option. I also dont want to sell individual parts on the build either, so its an all or nothing deal.
Willing to drive a bit if your local(ish) (Chicago, Ft. Wayne, Louisville, Bloomington-Normal IL, etc). I need to move some of the data on the drives around a bit onto my new NAS first and have plans all weekend so its gonna be a week or two before I’m ready to move it along, if I decide to do so.
Here are the main spec's on the build. I will get some pictures posted later this week.
Again, this is a feeler thread as if I cant get a decent price on this I will likely just keep it as a backup.

What's a "feeler"?
Does that mean it's like an eBay auction? -

No. It means I'm seeing if there is any actual interest from someone here before I take the time to wipe the machine and remove everything."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." You can't do a feeler as in "is anyone interested in this item and what do you think you would pay?" type deal, because THAT'S an auction.
Dan has a price, its clearly not an auction. So yes, this is definitely kosher.

If he has a price why is it called a "feeler" then? When I see the term "feeler" it usually means the seller is not really serious about selling the item.
Why not just list it for sale?
What's the difference? -

This argument raged several years ago. I tend to agree with you in that it's either for sale or its not. I don't make the rules, just try to abide by them. In this case I guess I can see ho's point in not wiping the drives if there is no interest. It's a friendly place.

It's just a word. What's the big deal? Sheesh...

If there's a clearly stated price, then it's for sale and the word doesn't matter. It's kinda the same as sayin that I will only sell this item if I can get a certain price...Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es
