I do have a question. Can two Polk Audio DSW Pro 660 be better than SVS Ultra 13? I read on a forum that says two subs are better than one.

Better is subjective, but the theory holds that 2 subs of similar design can cancel standing waves and nulls in a room more effectively than one larger sub, and be easier to EQ. If the 660 has more power and presence than the 550 (which I've heard and sounds great for its size), then 2 would probably be great. It also depends on room size.
I've not heard an SVS Ultra 13, but I do own an older SVS PB12 NSD/2, and have never felt that it lacked anything in the LFE department. So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?
