I am still having difficulty understanding voices over the background music. I have increased the "voice" on the remote to the maximum and reduced the bass as low as it will go. Am I missing another feature that will allow the background to be further reduced? How about the "movie" feature? What should I know about this?

Are you talking about a surround sound setup and watching movies? Perhaps there's something wrong with your center channel? Maybe a tweeter is out?

I just have the sound bar and the wireless subwoofer. And yes, it's when I am watching movies or other tv shows
