Sure is. No one Home but the pooch and I so I hope everything arrives before the kids do. I want to have it all set up calibrated before they get here.

You will like that 1500, it is one of my favorite Parasound amps, that and the A23. You get so much bang for the buck in both.The best way to predict the future is to invent it.

So far I'm impressed over the Rotel 1075. Now there are many new factors. New cables, new amp and a big sectional. The room does echo any more

I know you said you can't get room treatments, but boy do I hope you get that rug in soon. Its a great looking setup but there are so many reflective surfaces!
Also, one of the biggest improvements I experienced in my last room was moving from a leather couch to a cloth couch. It was a very dramatic change for the better, but I did have to tweak things even further after the switch.
Oh yes an area rug is in the cards once my wife finds one. -
I sure hope that is lighting reflection on the left top side of the amp. The was no large scratches one the top .

No scratches on the amp besides what was shown in the Fm. Nothing new. It's most likely a smudge of some sort.

Now I was hit by the dreaded parasound amp hum when plugged into the wall. Plugged it in to my monster power bar in the amp plug which doesn't restrict current and it is gone. Not sure if I should get a cheater and go directly to the wall or leave as is.

Thanks. Although I did scratch it moving the old couch. Covered it up with some coloured marker and now it looks like a joint. The last couch was a lazy boy. Had it on a blanket to push it to the top of the stairs and in one spot the blanket moved and of course a little metal edge was sticking out. It's not deep. I see it because I know where it is and because it's new. I'd say 98% of people won't see or notice it. Grrrrrrrrr!
