Can't believe modern technology !! This sucker works and is CHEAP !! Everyone should have one. Saved me time and money.

... thought i would share my experience. i am 68 years young and still learning.
i had a starting problem with my car. it clicked but no turn over.
obvious battery problem. brought battery in and charged over night on my car battery charger.
- read fully charged and did start car. 2 days later same thing.
- bought one of these jumper starters and was able to start and it got me home.
- bought a multimeter to check battery. battery read good after charge but died fast,
- charger and multimeder only read good cells. my battery had bad cells that didn't charge, so no start.
- new battery and no problems
- every family member should have one in glove compartment.
- also charges cell phones , laptops etc

How ironic, made a pit stop and there was was this lady lifting the hood on her car, I asked if she needed help, she said thanks for offering but she had it under control.
She had one of these, hooked it up, started the car and off she went.

yeah, dee, those kinds of things are really nice to have onboard, especially if you're the type without anyone reliable to come give you a jump start. I've found myself stuck a few times with my old Toyota 4wd. Figured out the electrical problem with it, but it was always my dad who'd show up with something like one of those one nightfall linked, or for just a plain jump (I stole his nice jumper cables). I didn't know they made these types of things as small as the one you linked - that's pretty cool.
Could always count on good ole Dad. Except for a period of a few years when they tried to move away. Would you believe that they wouldn't tell me where they lived? And when they called, it was always for no longer than 30 seconds, so I couldn't complete a trace... ba$+@ges.
Yeah, just to spice up a Friday night.Not to mention nightfall it could also be used as a defibrillator...I disabled signatures. -

... the old type used acid batteries which lost power sitting. needed to charge every month. This new type uses 12000mAh lithium battery that holds charge for a year before need to recharge. Has test leds builtin.
