LSiC Parts
Long story short, I was testing out my Sunfire Signature Seven Grand after I had is checked out and the light replaced and I must have over driven my LSiC and damaged one of the mid-drivers. It's obviously damage the coil because it's not sounding very clear anymore and has a slight smokey aroma.
Can someone tell me where I can get some replacement drivers?

open it up take a look at the crossover you more than likely fried one of the resistors. you may be able to replace that with a newer higher wattage resistor and be OK. If the resistor is say 5 watt replace it with a 10-12 watt resistor. I recommend mills resistors they have a very good reputation around here and very cheap but leaps better than the cement resistors Polk used.

I manually manipulated the driver in and out and I can feel and hear the coil scratching. The coil on one mid driver is really toast. I will take a look at the crossover too while I have it apart.Speakers: Polk LSi 25, LSiC, LSiFX
