RTI 12 parts

I recently purchased a set of RTi12 from Frys Electronics 30 days ago. Last set in stock, the grills were broken and feet were missing. I have called the Customer Service line and have yet to talk to a live body. I would like to know is how do I get these part replaced? Salesperson said to contact Polk. Thank you!

  • Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. The best source will be Polk's CS department at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 2 for parts. They are extremely busy this time of year so be patient and you'll get through.

Good luck, I tried getting spare parts for my RTi10's recently and Polk was sold out (not to say they won't have yours though). I basically had to overpay to bribe a guy on ebay to part out and sell me what I needed - so that is definitely an option for you if Polk doesn't have what you need. However I am happy to have my 10's back in like-new condition again :) I did find a 3rd party parts vendor online which might have that as well.

  • I recently moved and discovered the movers damaged one of my RTi12 speaker grills. Not sure if I can find a replacement for it? Any recommendations?

If it's just the grill cloth get both speaker grills recovered to match. If it's the plastic frame you're pretty much SOL for a new one. Check eBay for used ones.
