All other web based systems will be rendered useless. It knows what's best for us in the future. It now has a higher consciousness above its creator. The be all and end all. The Alpha and the Omega dictating what is pure in all stored media.

LMAO....in the case of an EMP attack, playing a CD would rank way down on the totem pole of problems you'd have to address first. Bad whiskey last night or what ?

It (Skynet, that is) will be really puzzled by rekkids, though.
Since 'real' CDs have pits burned in the aluminum layer, they should just laugh politely at an EMP.
So will our vacuum tubes.
Y'all in the soiled state domain -- oh, well, you'll just have to stand outside & watch the fireball.

I'm not thinking tubes will work Doc. Wouldn't the infrastructure be a little toasty?
-
well -- a minor technicality.
The tubes'll be fine.
Heck, the H-bombs' got tubes in 'em.
Yes, they do.
Well, kinda.

Needless to say, I completely believe and trust any information shared on the nuclear arsenal -- by the folks who're responsible for it
