Another Successful CC Upgrade

I decided it was time to upgrade the RM6700/PSW202 package to something a little more beefy. I packed everything back into their original boxes and back to where I bought them. I carried them in and placed them on the service counter and the CSR guys asks if he can help me. “I’d like to trade these in using your upgrade program” CSR responds “What upgrade program?” After I explained it to him he got the manager. Luckily the manager took care of me and gave me back full credit. I went back to the Speaker Room where some 16 year old tries to help. I tell him I want (2) RTi6, (1) CSi3 and (2) FXi3. His response was “those don’t sound familiar, are you sure they are Polk?” After holding his hand and showing him what I wanted, I was off to front counter where my total came to $353.07. Now all I need to do complete (read: start) my DIY sub project.

Special thanks to this forum, without it I would have never known about the CC upgrade program.

I'm not sure. I think it is a Circuit City program good on any brand of loudspeaker they sell, and not necessarily associated Polk Audio.
