LSi M704c Rubber Foot Thickness
Hello, I'm looking at the LSi M704 but I have a tight space for it and the height may be an issue. The height is listed as 7-3/4". Can someone tell me if that is with or without the rubber feet and how thick the rubber feet are?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I measure 3/16th of a inch on mine.

Height is the cabinet measurement. They're not really rubber feet, they are small generic stick on bumpers for preventing scuffs and scratches on the cabinet or furniture. They could be replaced with thinner felt furniture protector pads if height is an issue.

Thanks for the replies. The height on the specs is listed as 7-3/4" but my cabinet has 7-5/8" clearance. If I remove the bumpers will the LSi M704c fit?

Get a hammer, make it fit... -
No, it won't fit. I my experience you need at least an 1/8 inch of clearance for any component to actually fit, 1/4 is better. Plus that speaker won't sound nearly as good stuck in a tight space like that. Is your cabinet all shelves?
The cabinet I use has a facing board on the front just above the top shelf where I have the center. There's more height behind it for the speaker to fit, but I had to remove the shelf first, load the speaker on it, and then slide the shelf back in under the facing board, up into place, and then secure the shelf.I disabled signatures.
