Have you tried the latest management software?

I don't know anything about this particular print server, but the netgear PS101s that we use at my job get an IP address from the DHCP server first, then you go into the management software and select which one you want to configure and you can then rename it and give it its own static IP.

Well I not using the update software yet, do to the fact I don't see it with their SET IP software. I have 2 of these so I think I'm doing something wrong.

Also these are old out of date not current line of Microplex.

    I have the M202 & M202plus.

Have you tried resetting the print server? Sometimes there's a reset button. You either just hold it in for a while, or hold it in while unplugging. Again, I'm going on my experience with the netgear PS101. Do you know if it's supposed to get an IP addy from the DHCP server? If so, do you have a DHCP server, and do you have access to it? If you do, then you should be able to look at the assigned IPs and tell which one is the print server (they're usually goofy alpha-numeric-random names)

Which one is the print server?

I don't know that hubs pre assigned a port may have to go back to the manual thanks.

By print server, I just mean the Microplex M202plus itself. Sorry...
