OWM3, TL2 and M3ii speakers for rear channel
gang, I'm new here....I admit it. I'm a noob. I've tried to look stuff up and I'm at a loss. We remodeled the house and I want to put back in at least a 5.1 system. The higher authority doesn't want speakers, wires and other things all over the wall. I have some M3II speakers that I used in my system before we got together. I'm pretty happy with them but I broke both golf tee looking things taking them down and now I really am at a loss how to ceiling mound them for the rear surrounds. yes, ceiling mount. That's the compromise. she won't do in ceiling but will allow ceiling mount. I am also looking at the OWM3s but want to know if they can be ceiling mounted. I would say yes but haven't seen a pic of them. the other choice is the TL2s. Honestly M3IIs are the biggest speakers she will allow so I'm looking for rear channels that she will allow and the three listed are pretty much it. I can't wall mount the left rear channel because of the design of the room so it's ceiling mount.
I was thinking I could drill into the M3IIs and mount them with a HD ceiling mount they have now or go with a ceiling mount for the other two. check my train of thought here.

Welcome to the forum! Lots of good folks here, so stick around.
You can find m3ii brackets (or whole speakers with brackets) on eBay for really cheap. And yes, the OWM3s will work as well, built in mounting bracket. I would personally recommend def tech pro monitor 800s. You can use pretty much any cheap mounts, and the sound quality will destroy your other choices. They can also be had in eBay for a reasonable price.
