Atmos model (?) to best match RTiA7's suggestions?

Hello everyone... I've been away for a bit. Hunkering down on my theatre build. Hoping to get some advise on ceiling Atmos speakers to purchase. I have RTi A7 towers up front. Not sure if i need to " timber match" for atmos? I'm also in Canada... Our dollar still sucks to purchase from US sites....I'm limited to Best Buy Canada as well. ( sounds like the beginnings of a country song....)
Any help would be appreciated!

ATMOS speakers don't need to be timbre matched. Personally, if staying with Polk, I would probably go with the RT series over the LS series if I were you.

Timber match them...or the OCD will eventually kick in. I'm also in canada and really have bestbuy as my only hope too good grief. I'll probably match the rti a1 with my rtia9's and csi 6.

The good thing about BB is we can buy...try and if we don't like return.

I'm starting to realize that Atmos is to HT audio what 3D was to HDTV.

If you can get TC80i in ceiling speakers those would match the best https://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-8-Inch-Ceiling-Loudspeaker/dp/B00030CHQW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480469011&sr=8-1&keywords=tc80i

A little hard to find I think Fry's has them for like $250each USD.

MC80 are a lot more affordable

The 6&1/2" goes for $70. I would go for the MC for Atmos speakers.

As for Atmos and DTS-X, it not going to go away like 3D TV. Studios are mixing the sound in these for release to the theaters. Either one will be on the Blu-Ray, It's just a question on if someone wants to spend the bucks on the sound system for it.
