Red dot/mark is positive.Political Correctness'.........defined

No red dot .... No nothing!
Just recieved from polk the other day -
Never mind .... I now see that outer tang on one is red. Can't really see it looking straight down

I had the same issue when I got my RD-0194's all six of`em. I never found any red markings.

Yeah, had to order a mw6510 before getting the tweets. Again no red dot, and could not see any other markings, so called polk. They said it was stamped "+", but hard to see. They did not lie ..... once I got a flashlight on it I saw the marking, but it took a flashlight or a very, very well lit room.
Anywaaaaay, now I know!
