No interest in this damn fine TV? Is the price too high or is it the local pick up?

    It's prob local pickup.....

If it wouldn't cost me an arm and leg in shipping I'd be tempted to grab it for my bedroom lol

I think your price is good. I thought about buying it for my bedroom to replace an older LCD.

Nope but I believe it was almost 16hrs to Ft. Lee in Virginia so I'm just going from that. To be honest at times here in Illinois I bet we're close to Alberta temps.

For record, I haven't rubbed my dingus on this, but I certainly can if it's important to someone. :p

Ivan, it would be a long drive.

No the price is fine. I bought the last of the Panasonic plasma's in 2013, 60 inch for the family room and a 50 inch for the BR. Folks these Panasonic plasma TV's are the best picture quality you can buy outside of the Pioneer elite plasma's if you can find one. GLWS

Wow, I guess I'm the only one that thinks this TV should be priced at $100, shipped? If you come to your senses and realize I'm right consider it sold!

Seriously, I believe price is in line. If I hadn't went to Chicago I'd have probably taken a trip to the bay area and had an oyster fest with a side of plasma TV.

If I was closer, Jesse, I would grab it. I could use it in the bar.

I put a message out to a buddy in your area about it. He may take it off your hands.....

anybody lookin to replace an lcd will never regret a plasma, and 1.5 times the screen dimension is all you need to view properly, shame plasmas are gone.

What did you replace it with jesse?

This one belonged to one of my brothers, I still have my Panasonic plasma.

I was just looking at a friend's new Sony 4k TV and have to say the picture still looks cartoon like compared to the film like quality of plasma. I'd keep this one, but I've no room to store it.

We have this exact same TV in one room, and it seriously looks better than most LCD's.
Even though a relatively budget model, it has a very realistic and natural picture quality.
  • I agree on the plasma. I have a Pioneer Kuro and it looks terrific.
