Should be standard 1/4" spikes or footings available through Polk, Madisound or other speaker supply company.

Are you missing the spikes or the rubber covers for them?

Well it's not a spike type. It's a screw in metal post with rubber on it. I think anyway. I could be wrong. But I have nothing for it.

Pull the rubber part off and it's a spike. My 600's are currently at my sons house but the rubber feet look like this..
