Got to meet Eddie Money about 21 yrs ago in Ohio. Randy Owen(Alabama) ate at a restaurant that my brother used to own here in Texas shortly before they became famous. I talked with him,,,a really great guy. And my brother was good friends with the members of the 80's band Night Ranger. Partied with them up in Dallas in 1983 after a show. Now,,,If I could just meet Mena Suvari or Tara Reid!! :D

I've met a bunch of the spurs...they came into the restaurant I worked at a lot... Davids cool..but his wife has no tolerance for the fans....
I have met - Don garlits, Shirley Modowny (sp), Don Prudome, Gene snow and probably quite a few older funny car drivers- used to go to the winston internationals in Pheonix a lot..and my dad always had passes...even got to the tower...they did not have nice things to say about shrily M. in those days.. being 1st woman and all...

all I can think of for now- did get Steve garvie's (sp?) and Lou Brocks autograph at one time...when we went to a LA/ST.louis game in the 70's...

Spring break at Daytona Beach '93. MTV was there. Many famous people were staying at the same hotel as we did. Vince Neal was real short, Pauly Shore was basicly the same as on tv. Takled with Troy Achman for a while. The women on man the women. One of the most fun times I have ever had.

In 1988, I met Axle Rose, Guns-n-Roses, in W. Lafayette.
He was wearing a snakeskin leather jacket and bandanna.
I was working as a clerk at Bar Barry Liquors.
Axle purchased a bottle of Asti and an 8-pack
    of Bud Bottles.

Axle graduated HS from Lafayette Jeff.
I talked to/worked with some of his classmates.
They described him as a smart, quiet, loner who
hung with the alternative crowd. Go figure.

In roughly chronological order, my "brush" list would include: Karol Cardinal Wojtyla (now Pope John Paul II), Emerson Boozer, Franz Klammer, Tip O'Neill, Jackie Onassis, Francis Ford Coppolla, Mike Dukakis, Jesse Jackson, Bruce Babbitt, Al Haig, Al Gore (by phone), Gary Hart, Bob Dole, George H. W. Bush, Jack Kemp, Pat Robertson, Michael Stipe, Peter Buck, Chris Farley, Jerry Garcia, Phil Lesh, Bruce Hornsby, Vince Welnick, Dan Healy, Al Sharpton, Moe Tucker, Martin Allcock, Linus Torvalds (by email), Rudy Giuliani, Mario Cuomo, the guy who killed Kitty Genovese in a famous NYC murder in the 1960s (many heard her screams, nobody did anything about it), Robert Reich, Miss America 1994, Bob Weir, Benazir Bhutto, Lenny Kaye, Christie Whitman, Daniel Patrick Moynihan (by phone), Peter Jennings, Dave Mattacks, Steve Earle.

Not saying they're all great or anything.

Only detail I'm willing to divulge about any of this is that I served Coppolla's girlfriend a $4 plate of linguine (he didn't eat anything) and he left me a $5 tip. You go guy!
