I was going back and forth w/ this guy for a week or so and today finally we agreed to meet. I was absolutely blown away at the condition of the Low Boy3s . 1st the lattgxg48psi4e7g.jpg

ice grill work is in perfect condition and not a speck of dust anywhere. He opened them up for me and the woofer has this doped waffle paper surround that is fine and the only possible upcoming problem would be the large mid on top it's surround might need some attention at a later date. He at first in the ad wanted $60 and of course if firm is not there I have to ask and he went down to $50 for the pair. I didn't expect them to be this big but the way I arranged things not a speaker is blocked and all are working. He also let me take some pics of his gear which was mind blowing. As set of birch Klipsch Cornwalls, a giant Velodyne sub, B&W center Tannoy sides and rears.

My first speakers were Rectilinear IIIa's. Those lowboys were very well respected. You stole those. Lol.

If I remember correctly they like lots of power, but its been a long time. I really liked my IIIa's - and the III's were considered a substantially better speaker than the IIIa's. You are fortunate to find a pair of III Low-boys in such fine condition.
