Does anyone have real world experience with them?

Are they worth a crap?

Seems to me that they MIGHT be ok for home theatre set up ... what about home audio?

HELP! .... I cannot find much info on reviews via google

    My last experience with EV was the 7300A class A/B. Tons of power but noisy compared to my Adcom GFA-585 SE.

    I cannot speak to the modern gear but as a general rule PA gear is not the best option for home use IMO. Very different application criteria

    I tend to agree .... person has 9 amps that they used for home theatre ....P1200's, Q66/44 and CP2200.
    I have adcom and carver amps, which I plan on keeping. Building a second sound system .... polk SRS (BIG BOYS), SDA 11, CSR+, MONITOR 10 and custom polk center.

    The price is right, but ....
