What the heck is this?

Saw this after a friend mentioned it to me... At first all I saw was the rear of the unit and I couldn't even figure out what it was or did...

Then it made sense, it's the Burmester 808mk5 preamp... Wow. Makes mine look (and maybe sound) like a piece of crap.

What hand made beauties these are. Drool worthy gear for the lucky few.

    Those modules are ingenious... Plus with a flick of a switch it flips outputs to different amps.

    2 power supplies to choose from... Impressive build man.

    IIRC, retail is 36$.

    Listing was $18 and it sold.

    Either way, ain't going to get approval for that.
