Essence HDACC

For sale is my Essence HDACC that I purchased on August 25, 2016 and have used less than 10 hours. Pretty sure it's not even close to being broke in yet. Paid $500 for it and am asking $400 shipped pp gift.

Skip was right on and I just wanted to check it out. Honestly, I probably never really gave it a chance. I moved a couple of cables in and out on it and never played it more than 6-8 hours, if that.

I would say it's a great little DAC especially when you consider it's a pre amp as well, and the HDMI, which was what attracted me to it in the first place. Would be perfect for a small or computer based setup. I never really gave it a chance, and, maybe I should, but, I just don't see it having a place in what I'm trying to accomplish in my systems.

I should have just listened to Skip in the first place.

I might put it back in the mix and do a proper burn in on it and give it another chance.

Bump with new price, $350 shipped. It still has the same hours as the last time I offered for sale. Just don't have a place for it. I honestly doubt that this has been properly broken in and would be surprised if it has 10 hours total on it in the couple of times I listened to it. In as new condition with everything that came with it in original packaging.

its a great unit and great at this price point, it just doesnt fit in to what i'm doing in my systems.

Tony I should I just want to get my ears on a Jolida glass FX DAC III W there is a guy in town that sells stuff on Audiogon and does demos in home demos in town here after the holidays I can set up an appointment in the evening, in the meantime I will be thinking about this essence if someone beats me to it so be it. Heck of a deal folks this Essence is at this price.
