Yes it is Dan, but for the price.....one can fix that easily enough. The OP can check his local craigslist too, used gear at local hi-fi shops.HT SYSTEM-

Use this one for the HT. and move your current Parasound to the 2 channel.

Thanks for all the input and lead tonyb. I am already am a proud owner of a 7250ii and just want to buy another 1200ii to play with in mono configuration. Uh...no. There's only one RCA input per channel. Two channel amp with two RCA inputs. I think those inputs to the right side of the RCA inputs are for 1/4"(?) plugs.
