Wow .Talk about great customer service!

Last night I found out the Parasound 2125 amp I bought at a sale had a broken power button. So I contacted Parasound customer service and asked if I could order a new one.
Overnight I get a response from Richard Schram ,President of Parasound Products which said send me your address and I will send you a new one compliments of me. Wow!
