Audioquest Pearl HDMI Length Question

I found a pretty good deal on a new 12 meter Audioquest Pearl HDMI cable but really only need a 10 meter cable to run to my projector.
Is it a poor choice to have the extra 2 meters?
Do you think it would cause any noticeable negative effects?
Thanks

You'll be fine.Political Correctness'.........defined

15.24 meters/50 feet is generally considered the maximum length you want to go with for a 1080p signal. If you were buying a Monoprice HDMI cable that long I'd be a little worried but since you're getting something decent you should be just fine like Jesse says.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.
