I am new here and just picked up a pair of SDA-1 speakers and was wondering if anyone uses the Onkyo M-504 to drive them. I can't find any info about the amp be a common ground or not. I went on the Onkyo site and it didn't even say in the manual they have there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for any help. Tom.

Use a multi-meter and check ohms at the negative binding post. Of course while it is off and nothing hooked up to it. Report back your findings.
