2 subwoofers hookup

hello everyone i have a question,i have connected two subs with y adapter from my receiver , the subs have stereo inputs.should i also use the other y adapter to split the signal at the sub inputs? (stereo) wouldn't that degrade the signal even more? i'm not using the auto mode .....i'll appreciate any comments...thanks joe.....

Welcome to the forum,
It wont really matter if you aren't using auto mode. There will be no signal degradation by using a Y-splitter and I have read that it will increase the strength of the pre-in signal by 3dB.

i have two cht-12 velos,connected with monster 550 m-series sub cables,i'm saving money to get the new hgs digital subs!!!!:D
