Those look like project speakers to me. Apparent water damage & lack of good photos likely means they are garbage.

Yeah could be...pick up you could always check them out first. I was thinking a little glue and they might be as good as new...says they work, unfortunately most people dont really know when all speakers are working, they think sound = working!
